Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and geographically dispersed leaders.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and performance management.
• Willingness to travel among assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned manufacturing locations and leaders.
• Develop credible relationships with plant leadership and employees.
• Translate operational needs into practical HR solutions and coach leaders on HR practices.
• Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations and unions.
• Ensure consistent HR support across locations and travel as needed.
