Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations for the Specialty Chemicals network to oversee sites in Toronto, Ambler, and Riegelwood, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across a multi-site manufacturing platform.

The role focuses on building leadership, scaling operations, and delivering measurable improvements in OEE, CI, and productivity while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership experience in specialty chemicals, semiconductor or related environments.
• Proven multi-site operations leadership with accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and resource planning.
• Experience building and maturing manufacturing operating systems, including OEE, KPI governance, capacity visibility, and standard work.
• Strong track record of CI, debottlenecking, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and capital execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Toronto, Ambler, and Riegelwood (approx. 50%).

Responsibilities

• Set the Safety First agenda across the Specialty Chemicals manufacturing network, strengthening EHS ownership and a proactive safety culture across three sites.
• Act as the primary operational partner to leadership, translating business priorities into manufacturing strategies and execution plans.
• Lead the overall manufacturing strategy for the three-site network aligned to growth, customer commitments, and financial objectives.
• Drive ramp-up readiness and manufacturing scalability for new and existing products with cross-functional alignment.
• Advance a network-wide continuous improvement roadmap focused on debottlenecking, OEE, yield, cycle time, and labor productivity.
• Identify constraints and translate them into clear execution plans to improve throughput and asset utilization.
• Establish operating discipline with KPI visibility and accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• Strengthen cross-functional execution with site leaders, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
