Job summary

NXT Property Management in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Lux Apartments and Broadway Apartments. This role keeps living spaces comfortable, safe, and well-maintained across rotating properties.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to handle requests quickly, perform preventative maintenance, and communicate clearly with residents and team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Experience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and shared areas.
• Turn vacant units quickly and effectively.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep.
• Patching and painting.
