DP Management LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairing facilities, and performing general upkeep to keep our properties safe and functional.

The candidate should have hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to assist with winter grounds upkeep, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance.

Qualifications

• Background in general maintenance preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Electrical/HVAC certification and experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Replace burned out light bulbs in common areas and entrances.
• Address plumbing and drain issues.
• General maintenance and cleaning tasks (lighting, interiors/exteriors).
• Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris and report damage.
• Assist with HVAC check-ups and filter changes.
• Winter duties: clear snow and ice from walks; apply ice-melt.
• Landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
• Parking lot patching, crack filling, and lot striping.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles; minor electrical repairs.
• Apply insecticide and herbicide as needed.
• Paint safety lines and areas; repaint as needed.
• Reset parking lot light timers to match sunrise/sunset.
