DP Management LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a dependable Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance tasks across properties. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, handle safety checks, and perform routine upkeep to keep facilities operating smoothly.

The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. A valid driver's license and a willingness to commute between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in General Maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Maintenance: 1–3 years (Preferred)
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Ability to commute

Responsibilities

• Replace burned out light bulbs in common areas and entrances.
• Address plumbing and drain issues.
• General maintenance cleaning: light lens covers, interior and exterior.
• Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris and report damage.
• Assist with HVAC check-up and filter changes.
• In winter, clear snow and ice and apply ice-melt.
• Landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
• Perform parking lot patching, crack filling, and lot striping.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles.
• Minor electrical repairs.
• Apply insecticide and herbicide as needed.
• Apply safety paint to handicap areas and curbs.
• General painting as needed.
• Reset parking lot light timers to match sunrise/sunset.
• Open/close sprinkler system to match season.
• Drive residents to and from stores/events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety and functionality within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Replace burned out light bulbs in common area and entrances.


• Address plumbing and drain issues.
