Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Operations Department across multiple apartment locations. You will perform maintenance, repair, and janitorial tasks, report to the Maintenance Supervisor, and coordinate with the Property Manager to uphold Pennrose's high standards.

Responsibilities include daily admin tasks, responding to service requests via the maintenance app, and contributing to preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• At least 1 year of property maintenance or similar experience.
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification provided by Pennrose within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks for PM or Support Center (30 minutes) including training and vendor scheduling.
• Use the mobile Maintenance app to address service requests and repairs promptly.
• Assist with turnkey operations such as scheduling, punching, painting, and cleaning within 5 business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
