Job summary

Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to care for two or more properties in the Xenia area.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, respond to resident service requests, and keep common areas clean, safe, and functional. This non-exempt, on-site role requires OSHA awareness, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to be on-call evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in general property maintenance and repairs.
HVAC certification preferred; refrigerant handling experience required.
On-call availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs per standards.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation.
Prepare vacant units by inspections, punch lists, and scheduling contractors.
Maintain amenity areas through cleaning, trash removal, and painting.
Manage tools, track inventory, and notify reorder needs.
Assist in safety compliance and OSHA training.
Inspect contractor work for quality and scope.
Assist in property inspections to identify needs.
