Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties across its communities. You will work under the maintenance supervisor or property manager to uphold safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction while performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related field, plus a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
• Carry out general carpentry such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, and door/lock repair.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across property and common areas; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Keep work orders updated and communicate status to maintenance leadership.
