Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities, ensuring upkeep, curb appeal and resident satisfaction across multiple locations. You will handle electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.
• Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities to maintain safety, cleanliness and identify issues needing maintenance.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and inclement weather events.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership regarding all property issues.
• Promote safety and risk management per rules and regulations.
