Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician for Peoria Grand and Bridge Lane. The role spans several properties with on-site work at multiple locations across the Phoenix area and requires a valid driver’s license.

You’ll perform repairs, maintenance and preventive tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more while keeping common areas clean and safe. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous property Maintenance Technician experience or formal training.
• Valid driver's license with regular travel to multiple properties.
• HVAC/Freon certification is required.
• CP0 certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency work.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness; monitor and tidy pet stations.
• Assist in pool/spa, laundry, recreation, rental office and common area upkeep.
• Keep inventory control of tools and supplies; use PPE as directed.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and inform residents if delays occur.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance per directives and safety policies.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and document site conditions.
• Communicate with Site Management about issues and safety deficiencies.
