You will assist with repairs, unit turnovers, and grounds upkeep while ensuring a safe, hazard-free environment and high levels of resident service.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in maintenance work required.
• High School degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists with repairs on the property including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists with unit turnovers.
• Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by management.
