Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at two or more properties in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead a hands-on team, handle service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and quality across buildings and grounds.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years in multifamily maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PM software and ticketing systems required.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor, train, and guide maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work; manage priorities.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and manage inventory.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and safety compliance.
• Inspect staff and vendor work for quality and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
