Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Charlotte, NC portfolio. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance, coordinates with vendors, and leads a team of maintenance staff across multiple properties.

The job requires a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in apartment maintenance, and EPA Universal and HVAC certification. Strong safety, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with on-call availability for 24-hour emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in apartment maintenance or related field.
• EPA Universal and HVAC certification required from an approved authority.
• Pool certification (CPO) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance/repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies with Property Manager approval.
• Ensures compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations for hazardous materials.
• Obtains bids, coordinates with vendors, and manages preventive maintenance programs.
• Directly supervises maintenance staff across all properties.
