Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at Liam/Vive properties in Seattle. You will manage unit turns, safety, and preventative maintenance while coordinating with leasing and management staff to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent to demonstrate proficiency.
• 6+ months supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair.
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• Basic computer skills and ability to input data in English.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• CAMT and CPO certifications.
• Ability to supply own tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance team members and oversees daily tasks.
• Performs unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinates with leasing staff for seamless operations.
• Schedules safety meetings and ensures OSHA/SDS compliance.
• Manages grounds, inventory, and vendor relationships within budget.
