Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform unit turns, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance across our properties. You will work closely with leasing staff and managers to keep communities well maintained and safe, handling on-site tasks and responding to emergency calls as needed.

This full-time, 100% in-person role requires reliable English communication, the ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years maintenance experience in property management or similar setting.
• Experience with unit turns, work orders, and appliance repairs.
• Must have basic English data entry skills and ability to document in software.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers for seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment/tools.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA/SDS requirements.
• Diagnoses and performs repairs within homes and throughout the property.
