Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of vintage buildings and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between sites.
• One-year college certificate or two years related training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and safety programs.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff across sites.
• Coordinate with management to hire, train, and review staff.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and inspections.
• Maintain inventory and enforce PPE usage.
