Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance at Serena Vista and Hampton Court with on-call weekends. Compensation is USD 33–35 per hour, plus benefits including health, life, and vision insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for 2+ years is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance are required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee communities to resolve problems.
• Perform maintenance activities, readies, and process work orders.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance plan and schedule.
• Lead maintenance staff and provide direct leadership.
• Hire and supervise external contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Inspect building systems (heating, electrical, HVAC, ventilation).
• Periodically inspect recently serviced equipment for quality and condition.
• Monitor budgets and track maintenance expenditures.
• Check inventory and reorder materials and tools.
• Assist with capital projects implementation.
• Approve maintenance strategy with monthly reporting and KPI validation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules.

• Inspect and oversee communityto resolve problems
• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed- make readies, work orders etc.
• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2) year(s) - Required
• Valid Drivers License and Insurance - Required
• Basic Computer Skills
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to speak spanish a plus

Properties: Serena Vista Apartments (130 units) and Hampton Court Apartments (38 units)

Pay: $33 - $35 hourly, and bonuses DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm); on call weekends and after hours
