Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Longmont, CO to oversee maintenance staff and ensure quality operations for our properties. You will plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance, manage vendors, and monitor budgets and KPIs to deliver reliable, safe building systems.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to maintaining HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Job Description

• Inspect and oversee communityto resolve problems
• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed- make readies, work orders etc.
• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans
• Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
• Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.
• Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.
• Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment
• Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures
• Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed
• Assist with the implementation of capital projects
• Approving maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2) year(s) - Required
• Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• High school diploma

Additional Information

$33 -$36 per hour - depending on experience

Monday- Friday 8am -5pm
