Live Bryten is seeking a Portfolio Service Manager for Avilla Towne Center & Avilla Springs. You will lead a maintenance team, schedule work orders, and ensure timely repairs while keeping detailed records.

The role includes on-call emergency maintenance and coordinating major replacements with vendors. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, some HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing licensing, and strong English reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English at an intermediate level to read diagrams and meters, write reports, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven supervisory experience in building or facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance team including schedules, workorders, and training across locations.
• Prioritizes service requests and repairs, records activities for data maintenance.
• Oversees turnkey operations and rent-readiness of vacant units; manages maintenance quality.
• Troubleshoots plumbing and minor electrical issues.
• Walks vacant units to determine make-ready needs and coordinates purchases/contracts.
• Performs grounds maintenance and responds to 24-hour emergency calls.
