Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance professionals at our Kenosha, WI site. You will work with robotics and controls technicians to preserve safe, efficient operations across the facility and support multi-site needs.

You will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, and participate in budgeting and planning. Strong leadership and a hands-on, customer-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and coordinate with robotics and controls technicians.
• Maintain safety standards and safety-focused environments.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and on-call emergencies; manage vendors as needed.
• Track budgets, schedules, and ticket completion for repairs and projects.
