Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating safety, repairs, and preventive programs across a fast-paced facility in Gouldsboro, PA.

You will work on scheduling, on-call emergencies, and cost analysis while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. On-site role with potential for multi-site support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and electrical/electronic controls.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with EHS to ensure safety standards.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and daily/weekly work orders.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as on-call point of contact for emergencies and multi-site support.
