Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Corpus Christi, TX to oversee all maintenance operations for the community. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent resident experiences.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification (HVAC a plus), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Order maintenance supplies within budget and monitor inventory.
• Be on-call for emergencies and assist with make-ready and turnover.
