Job summary

Gwr-Management-LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family property in Corpus Christi, TX. You will lead hands-on maintenance, coordinate repairs, and supervise the maintenance team to uphold quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of verifiable maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), EPA/CFC cert, and strong communication. On-site position with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Minimum three years hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
EPA or CFC certification is required.
Supervisory experience is preferred; strong communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Manage hands-on maintenance of the community, including inspections and repairs.
Act as team leader, supervising and directing maintenance staff.
Train and evaluate maintenance personnel in coordination with the Property Manager.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and monitor the budget/control ledger.
Handle after-hours emergency calls and preventive maintenance tasks.
