Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2–15M in revenue. You will lead operations to deliver exceptional service, apply financial acumen, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, developing a capable management team, and partnering with Finance to improve performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Ability to focus on client services, entrepreneurship and growing the business.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and senior management communication.
• Comfort with reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing operational expertise and manages execution of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships, evaluating operations to drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving objectives.
• Recommends improvements based on operational needs and contracts.
• Partners with Finance to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
