Job summary

Diocese of Green Bay in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance and repairs across parish facilities, including schools, churches, and administrative buildings. You will supervise custodial staff, maintain preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Based in Kaukauna, WI, the role requires coordinating with the Business Administrator and building/grounds committee, managing budgets, and traveling between parish sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance/repairs of facilities across parish sites (school, rectory, churches, office buildings, Discipleship Center, and other external buildings).
• Supervise custodial staff and coordinate with Business Administrator and building/grounds committee.
• Develop and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and systems.
• Plan within budget, obtain bids from vendors, and ensure facilities operate within financial constraints.
• Respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and document actions taken.
• Travel between parish campuses as required.
