Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance requests from field locations.
• Coordinate service schedules with internal technicians and third-party vendors.
• Track work orders from initiation through completion.
• Monitor repair status and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility, equipment, and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate vendor access to locations and verify contracted work completion.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and monitor compliance.
• Process invoices and track expenditures against budgets.
• Support reporting related to costs, work orders, and asset performance.
