Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is hiring an Operations Coordinator, Maintenance to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities across our assets. You will oversee CMMS data integrity, work orders, and inventory while serving as the primary liaison between operations and maintenance.

The role emphasizes reliability, PM compliance, and continuous improvement to maximize equipment availability and safety. A strong background in maintenance planning and a Class A CDL are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• A valid Class A driver’s license is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance planning process, including work order prioritization, schedule development, and resource coordination.
• Coordinate daily/weekly maintenance activities; ensure parts, labor, and outside resources are available.
• Manage CMMS work orders from assignment to completion with accurate documentation.
• Monitor maintenance performance, PM compliance, backlog, and equipment availability.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Maintenance, vendors, and management; communicate repairs and priorities.
• Coordinate maintenance materials and inventory; review purchase requests and invoices; monitor shortages.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, warranties, costs, and schedules.
• Support safety, compliance, and training; promote best practices and after-hours/emergency maintenance as needed.
