Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present available properties, and guide them through the lease process. You will work with the property manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy.

The role requires strong negotiation, customer service, and marketing skills, with flexibility for weekend work and evenings at times. A valid driver's license and knowledge of leasing software are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants for suitability.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Market available properties and support promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
