Job summary

ZRS Management in New York is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, and ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will conduct property tours, screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, handle lease paperwork, and support move-ins while coordinating with the property manager and team. Strong sales and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants; market and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with move-ins and follow-ups.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports and maintain records.
