Greystar in New York, NY is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, touring, processing applications, and securing renewals.

Responsibilities include marketing planning, online campaigns, showing apartments, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. You will use OneSite/Yardi and related tools to track activity and data.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and qualifying prospects, touring and showing apartments, processing applications.
• Ability to inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in.
• Design and implement marketing plans and online campaigns.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals.
• Support lease renewals process.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance.
