Realty Center Management Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Sacramento, CA. This full-time role drives leasing success, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and supports daily operations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, process applications, support renewals, and maintain strong resident relationships while contributing to the community’s overall presentation and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales
• Conduct engaging property tours and show floor plans
• Follow up with prospects and close leases
• Process applications and verifications
• Support lease renewals and occupancy goals
• Respond to calls, emails, inquiries promptly
• Assist residents and ensure timely issue resolution
• Assist with move-ins and community policies
• Build resident relationships
• Plan resident events and community engagement
• Manage social media, flyers, campaigns
• Maintain curb appeal, show units, tour paths
• Conduct market surveys and track competition
• Prepare and maintain lease files
• Manage work orders and follow-ups
• Support reporting and office organization
