Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Seattle is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand across a defined set of communities and drive high occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage tours, qualify leads, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with the service and office teams to maintain accurate records and ensure resident satisfaction, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must have good communication skills and English proficiency.
• Ability to use CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand and coordinates tours.
• Manages leads and CRM tasks to support occupancy goals.
• Delivers excellent customer service to prospective residents and current residents.
• Assists with leasing documents and move-in processes.
• Keeps knowledge of community and market trends up to date.
