Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is hiring Leasing Consultants to support our Minneapolis-area communities. The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for prospective residents while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information.
• Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
• Manage move-in calendars to ensure appointments are completed and units meet move-in standards.
• Address and help resolve resident concerns; elevate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
