You will tour properties, process applications, and drive lease closings with a strong sales focus. Weekend availability is required, and you’ll work across multiple properties with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year apartment/multifamily leasing experience.
• English communication proficiency and basic math for calculations.
• Ability to learn property management software and business apps.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist in leasing available units.
• Perform market surveys and maintain accurate leasing data.
• Process rental applications per policy and procedures.
• Coordinate move-ins and calendars to ensure readiness.
• Handle rent collections and resident maintenance requests.
• Maintain organized resident files and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to supervisor when needed.
