• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring success through coaching and evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct property shopping reports, track trends, and monitor pricing and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.

As a Multi‑Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top‑tier experience for prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow‑ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
