AMLI Residential in Miami is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to help people find their next home at AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya. You’ll meet prospective renters, showcase luxury apartment homes and amenities, and guide them through the leasing process.

The role blends sales, customer service, and real estate, requires Saturday availability, and offers leasing commissions, rent discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Saturday availability required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting products, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• A positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in helping people.

Responsibilities

AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to help people find their next home at two of our luxury Miami apartment communities, AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya.

Think of this role as a combination of sales, customer service, and real estate. You'll meet prospective renters, show them beautiful apartment homes and amenities, help them find the perfect fit, and guide them through the leasing process.

What You'll Do

Your main goal is simple: Help prospective renters find a home they'll love and turn those opportunities into signed leases.

• Show & Sell: Give engaging tours of luxury apartments and amenities, highlighting what makes each community special.
• Build Relationships: Get to know prospective renters, understand what they're looking for, and help them find the right home.
• Follow Up & Close: Connect with interested prospects through calls, emails, and texts to answer questions, overcome objections, and secure leases.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and team leasing goals while earning commissions.
• Know Your Product: Become an expert on apartment features, pricing, availability, and the surrounding neighborhoods at both communities.
• Guide the Process: Help customers complete applications, sign lease agreements, and prepare for move-in.
• Create Great Experiences: Support current residents with renewals, events, and exceptional customer service.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues at both properties to maximize leasing opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
