We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Consultant for Nova Apartment Homes (224 units) and Senita Apartment Homes (221 units) in Dallas, TX. You will split your time between these two properties.

Your Day-to-Day at ALVM

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
• Complete leasing documents and collect deposits
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showings
• Understand lease terms, community policies, and specifications
• Apply sales and closing techniques
• Stay informed about current market, pricing, and community amenities
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Visit local competitor communities
• Develop knowledge of application procedures and screening policies
• Conduct outreach marketing weekly
• Implement resident retention programs to encourage lease renewals
• Organize resident and property files
• Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents

Qualifying Accomplishments

• A college degree is helpful but not required
• Leasing experience is a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site is preferred
• Being bilingual is advantageous
