Job Description: Leasing Agent

Join our team as a Leasing Agent and play a vital role in creating exceptional resident experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Greet prospects, present our community, capture leases, and convert prospects into residents.
2. Contribute ideas to the management team on marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
3. Ensure each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.

What You’ll Do:

• Lease properties and engage with potential residents to exceed their expectations.
• Greet, tour, show, and close deals with qualified prospects.
• Process income, rental, and employment verification to meet qualification standards.
• Perform outreach, online marketing, and participate in resident events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance services.
• Maintain the property and keep the office and model apartments tidy.

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in multifamily housing or 2 years in customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand goals, and think creatively.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed on Sundays. Weekend work is required. Hours may vary based on property needs.
