Job summary

The Ridge RTC, part of the Altior Healthcare family, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple locations. You will handle workstation setup, account provisioning, device deployment, and basic network troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac devices. Travel to Malibu, San Rafael, and other sites is required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience in helpdesk or IT support.
Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users across multiple locations.
Support onboarding and offboarding including account provisioning and device deployment.
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
Perform OS reloads, imaging, software installation, and endpoint setup.
Create, manage, and disable user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets.
Install and support printers, docking stations, monitors, and other tech.
Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting including WiFi testing.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and service providers for escalations.
Travel to operational locations as needed and provide end-user training.
