Job summary

Hopper is seeking an IT Manager to lead on-site support across multiple markets, align incident response, and protect clinic uptime. You will manage distributed staff, partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management and a focus on service performance for each market. Travel is required to support sites.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in IT support, desktop, or infrastructure operations.
• Two or more years in a leadership role with distributed staff.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and travel between locations.
• Healthcare clinic environments experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Tier 1/2 support for endpoints, printers, and network closets.
• Escalation point for incidents affecting clinic operations and schedules.
• Set expectations and mentor technicians across markets.
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and runbooks.
