Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with network switching and VLAN configuration (Cisco a plus).
• Exposure to physical and/or virtual server administration; familiarity with VMware or Hyper‑V a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and domain services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to document systems and procedures.
• Willingness to travel between company sites (≈20%) and work evenings/weekends for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and make changes to Cisco switches, including switchport configuration, VLAN assignment, and port-level changes.
• Administer VMware and Hyper‑V environments, provisioning, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive; handle AD/DNS/DHCP duties.
• Travel to company sites (~20%) for installations, upgrades, and on-site support; participate in maintenance windows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures; work with vendors as needed.
