Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise information technology and IT infrastructure.
• Strong expertise across infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and IT service management.
• Hands-on background with servers, networking, virtualization, storage, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, security, and cost optimization.
• Understanding IAM, vulnerability management, security architecture, and incident response.
• Experience implementing ITIL-aligned service management, incident, change management, and SLAs.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, backups, and testing.
• Understanding enterprise system integrations and software development processes.
• Experience managing technology initiatives, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Lead cloud strategy, architecture, migrations, and cost management across Azure, AWS, and hybrid.
• Direct cybersecurity strategy, IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Manage IT service delivery, incident and change management, and DR/BC planning.
• Provide oversight of applications, data integrations, and API-based interfaces.
• Develop IT roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and vendor performance.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve operations.
