Germain Motor Company in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead IT operations across multiple states. This hands-on executive role requires balancing technical excellence with strategic governance to support dealerships and corporate needs.

You will manage security, infrastructure, and enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints) while guiding vendor partnerships, budgeting, and IT project delivery. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong networking, cybersecurity, M365 and identity management knowledge.
• Experience managing vendors, projects, budgets, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT leadership across multi-location operations and manage the IT team.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, help desk, and incident response.
• Manage DMS/CRM integrations and OEM applications with vendors.
• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Establish reporting on service performance and projects.
