Job summary

LHH is seeking a Director of Information Technology for a growing multi-site manufacturing organization in the United States. This is primarily onsite with potential hybrid flexibility, reporting to executive leadership and shaping technology strategy across North America.

The role focuses on infrastructure, ERP and enterprise applications modernization, cybersecurity, and SDLC governance. You will partner with operations, engineering, and finance to drive efficiency, quality, and scalable

Qualifications

• Seasoned IT leader with multi-site manufacturing exposure.
• Experience aligning technology with manufacturing objectives.
• Strong ERP and enterprise app modernization background.
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide technology strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Create a multi-year tech roadmap for infrastructure, ERP, data and cybersecurity.
• Lead IT teams and vendors across multiple sites.
• Establish measurable IT objectives and accountability.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee ERP and enterprise application modernization and SDLC controls.
• Ensure systems align with manufacturing needs (MES/PLC integration).
