Job summary

Onanon, Inc. in Milpitas is seeking an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology planning for Milpitas and Hermosillo. The role supports about 50 users in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will deliver IT projects, manage vendors, ensure system reliability, and oversee ERP access administration, testing, and user training, while aligning with corporate standards and evolving security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience with 3+ in management or senior leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing/regulatory environments.
• Strong networking, security, and vendor management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and planning across Milpitas and Hermosillo sites.
• Manage budgets, vendors, licenses, and asset lifecycles.
• Deliver IT projects, ERP access, testing, and end-user training.
• Oversee cybersecurity, backups, DR, and incident response.
