Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site networks and security.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and VPN config.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in all AgCertain environments and follow SOPs.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP administration.
• Handle VPN and remote access configurations with accuracy.
• Support a mixed Cisco and Ubiquiti network environment.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless performance issues as they occur.
• Install infrastructure hardware and oversee Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Assist warehouse devices and endpoints; ensure security and compliance.
• Document actions promptly and participate in trainings.
