Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Clerk Floater to perform cycle counts and audits across multiple Illinois facilities. The role rotates among buildings, maintaining inventory integrity with RF devices and tablet-based data entry.

The position requires counting and reconciling items, researching discrepancies, and supporting the Inventory Supervisor with related tasks. Travel to various RJW Illinois locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Reconcile counts and locate discrepancies.
• Input data to ensure inventory integrity.
• Document activities thoroughly and on time.
• Travel to RJW Illinois locations as needed.
• Operate RF gun or tablet for inventory tasks.
• Assist Inventory Supervisor/Manager with related duties.
