Job summary

RJW Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk Floater to cover multiple Illinois facilities. The role shifts between first and second shifts and involves physical counts, data entry, and reconciling discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 months of inventory/warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS Synapse, and proficiency in MS Office. A reliable vehicle and cell phone are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1-3 months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment; cherry picker/high lift preferred.
• Experience using WMS software is a plus (Synapse preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical counts of inventory items to maintain accuracy.
• Count and reconcile varieties of part numbers/locations daily.
• Input inventory data accurately to ensure integrity.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Trace history of items to resolve discrepancies and recommend actions.
• Travel to and assist at other RJW Illinois facilities as needed.
