Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Senior Multi Site HR Manager for Pryor, Oklahoma, to lead HR across a unionized manufacturing environment and build strong teams, culture, and trusted partnerships. You will drive people initiatives and partner with leadership to support a high‑performing operation.

In this role you will manage labor relations, coach teams, and oversee talent management, workforce planning, and compliance while supporting organizational change and representing Cascades at events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the industrial sector.
• Strong labor relations expertise in a unionized workplace, including grievance management, contract administration, investigations, arbitration preparation, and union partnership.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership teams and senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to influence and build credibility with employees, leaders, and union representatives at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities and serve as the primary HR partner to union leadership for grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration matters.
• Foster positive employee relations through coaching, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee development for hourly and salaried employees in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals while ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, HR processes, employee records requirements, and wellness programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness; support organizational change initiatives through clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and employee advocacy; represent Cascades Tissue Group at corporate and community events.
