Job summary

Cascades in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead human resources across multiple sites in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will shape people initiatives, partner with union leadership, and build a high-performing culture.

You’ll manage a team of three HR professionals, drive talent management and workforce planning, ensure compliance, and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in the industrial sector.
• Strong labor relations expertise in a unionized environment, including contract administration.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities as the primary HR partner to union leadership for grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration matters.
• Foster positive employee relations through coaching, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee development for hourly and salaried employees in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals while ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, HR processes, employee records requirements, and wellness programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness; support organizational change initiatives through clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and employee advocacy; represent Cascades Tissue Group at corporate and community events.

What You Bring

You're a natural fit for Multi Site Human Resources Manager if you have:

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the industrial sector
• Strong labor relations expertise in a unionized workplace, including grievance management, contract administration, investigations, arbitration preparation, and union partnership
• Experience partnering with plant leadership teams and senior business leaders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• The ability to influence and build credibility with employees, leaders, and union representatives at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to support decision-making
• Occasional travel across the United States and Canada may be required
